Mat Pilates

This mat-based class builds core strength, improves alignment, and enhances body awareness through controlled, purposeful movement. We incorporate props like rings, bands, and balls to add variety, challenge, and support. Emphasis is placed on form, breath, and stability to promote functional strength and mobility. Suitable for all levels, with thoughtful progressions and a strong focus on technique.
